Flood in Birżebbuġa

When we were done shopping at the market in Marsaxlokk, we continued through Birżebbuġa on our way to the Blue Grotto. There was a flood at the same place as when we drow by with my mother and Lasse in September.

A lot of water... wonder if we can drive through with the car?
