this & that from my everyday life
No 2, 3, 4, 5, 6…
We saw another 2 flats in Mellieha. One of them had a balcony or terrace for every room! Cool.. but a waste of space in my opinion. The living space was small and since there were 3 (!) big terraces already, the balconies would probably not ever be used.

In the 3rd flat the kitchen and bathrooms were already finished. They are usually not included when the sell new flats.

Next flat was located in Manikata. Nice location on the countryside. But. The terrace and livingroom was facing a stone landscape. Well, not that bad maybe… but it felt wrong to have the sea view at the back… and also, there was a house just in the middle of the beautiful seaview. Too bad…

The flat was in shell form. Not finished in other words. When we were out on the terrace we heard a dog barking. It was the neighbour’s dog. Hehe, I guess he and Gizmo would bark at each other all day long if we lived there!

After Manikata we moved on to Mgarr and saw two more flats. But nothing interesting.
